    The polishing process involves repairing any damage on your concrete floor and rough grinding the floor using a coarse grinding wheel to remove minor blemishes and prep the floor for polishing. Next, an impregnating sealer is applied to the concrete, protecting it from the inside out. The sealer also strengthens and densifies your concrete. Then, the floor is polished with a fine polishing until the desired level of sheen is achieved. These floors can be highly customized as well to meet your warehouse’s design needs. We can color your polished concrete using concrete stains, and we can create patterns using stenciling or scoring techniques. We offer two types of concrete stains, acid-based and water-based stains. Acid-based stains react with your concrete floor chemically to impart permanent color, and they’re available only in earth tones. Water-based stains soak into your concrete, permeating the surface to impart permanent color, and they’re available in more vibrant colors.
